Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 24, 2014, The Spectranetics Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s EXCITE ISR study achieved the statistical endpoints of the adjunct analysis. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
