On February 20, 2014, Raptor Pharmaceutical Corp. issued a press release announcing top line results from a planned 18 month analysis of an ongoing 3 year Phase 2/3 clinical trial of RP103 for the potential treatment of Huntington's disease.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
