Effective on February 15, 2014, Miljenko Horvat resigned as a director of the Company.

Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On February 24, 2014, the Company issued a press release (the "Press Release") announcing that it has begun the production of CRAiLAR
(R) Hemp fiber alongside its CRAiLAR(R) Flax fiber production in Europe. In addition, the Company announced that Miljenko Horvat resigned as a director of the Company.A copy of the Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
