On February 18, 2014, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Andatee China Marine Fuel Services Corporation (the “Company”) accepted An Fengbin’s resignation as the Chairman of the Board and a Board member, which resignation was for personal reasons and not for cause or any disagreements with the Company.
The Company thanks Mr. An for his leadership and service to the Company and wishes him much success in his future endeavors.
