On February 12, 2014, Arol Buntzman resigned from his positions as Chairman, Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Trunity Holdings, Inc. The Company’s Board of Directors has commenced a search for a permanent CEO and has appointed Nicole Fernandez-McGovern, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, as interim CEO to serve until a permanent CEO is hired.
