Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 19, 2014, On Assignment, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (“8-K Report”) which included a press release furnished pursuant to Item 2.02 as Exhibit 99.1 announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter of 2013. The Company has filed a corrected press release addressing a typographical error in the SG&A expense estimate under Financial Estimates for 2014 – Full Year 2014. A copy of the corrected press release is furnished pursuant to Item 2.02 of this Current Report on Form 8-K/A as Exhibit 99.1. The information in this report, including Exhibit 99.1 attached hereto, shall not be deemed to be "filed" for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act"), or otherwise subject to the liabilities of that Section, and shall not be incorporated by reference into any filing under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the Exchange Act, except as shall be expressly set forth by specific reference in such a filing.
