Other Events.
|
On February 14, 2014, we entered into an agreement to sell a portion of our facility located in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, and related real and personal property for cash consideration totaling $4,600,000. The sale to Riverside Partners, L.L.P., a Wisconsin limited liability partnership, is scheduled to close on or before March 25, 2014, subject to customary contingencies. We will continue to own and operate the remaining portion of the Eau Claire facility, representing approximately 700,000 square feet of floor space.
