Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
Goodrich Petroleum Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release on February 19, 2014, containing financial and operational results for the fourth quarter of 2013 and the year ended December 31, 2013. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing the financial results is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K.
