Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 20, 2014, AMN Healthcare Services, Inc. (the “Company”) reported its 2013 full year and fourth quarter results. The Company’s 2013 full year and fourth quarter results are discussed in detail in the press release, which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
