Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 18, 2014, PS Business Parks reported its results of operations and financial condition for the quarter ended December 31, 2013 and increases quarterly common dividend by 13.6% to $0.50 per share. The full text of the press release is furnished as exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
