Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 19, 2014, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati (the "Bank") notified its membership of the Bank’s planned redemption and repurchase of $500 million of Class B Capital Stock. A copy of the member notification is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report, and is incorporated into Item 7.01 by reference.
