On February 13, 2014, the Company filed a Certificate of Amendment with the Secretary of State of Nevada changing the name of the Company to AJ Greentech Holdings Ltd. The change of name was effective immediately upon filing. No other change was made to the Certificate of Incorporation.
The amendment to the articles of incorporation was approved by a written consent of the holder of common stock, representing 85.5% of the outstanding common stock.
