Mesa Royalty Trust Announces Trust Income for February 2014

AUSTIN, TEXAS February 18, 2014 — Mesa Royalty Trust (NYSE symbol-MTR) announced the Trust income distribution for the month of February 2014. Unitholders of record on February 28, 2014 will receive distributions amounting to $0.205531264 per unit payable on April 30, 2014. The Trust received $239,222 and $28,003 from the New Mexico and Colorado portions of the San Juan Basin Properties. Royalty income from the Hugoton Properties totaled $122,550.
