On February 14, 2014, the Board of Directors of registrant United American Healthcare Corporation (the “Company”) adopted resolutions to change the Company’s fiscal year end to December 31. The Company will file a report covering the transition period from July 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013 on Form 10-KT.
