(b) John Houston will no longer serve as Senior Vice President, Sales of Pulse Electronics Corporation (“Pulse” or the “Company”) , effective as of February 15, 2014. Mr. Houston will be entitled to severance benefits under the Pulse Electronics Corporation Executive Severance Policy (the “Policy”).
The description of the Policy is set forth in the Company's Current Report on Form 8-K, filed on April 12, 2012, and Current Report on Form 8-K, filed on August 3, 2012, which description is incorporated by reference herein.
