Section 1 – Registrant’s Business and Operations
Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On February 10, 2014, LSB Industries, Inc. (the “Company”), received a new labor contract signed by Cherokee Nitrogen L.L.C. (f/k/a Cherokee Nitrogen Company), a subsidiary of the Company (“Cherokee”), and The United Steel, Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial and Service Workers International Union AFL-CIO, CLC on behalf of its Local Union No. 00417 (the “Agreement”). The Agreement has an effective date of November 12, 2013, and expires November 11, 2016.
