Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 12, 2014, Crown Crafts, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2014, which ended December 29, 2013. A copy of that press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
