Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 12, 2014, Cott Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 28, 2013. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02 as if fully set forth herein.

On February 12, 2014, Cott Corporation issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors declared a dividend of CAD$0.06 per share on common shares, payable in cash on March 28, 2014 to shareowners of record at the close of business on March 11, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01 as if fully set forth herein.
