AllianceBernstein Announces January 31, 2014 Assets Under Management

New York, NY, February 11, 2014 – AllianceBernstein L.P. and AllianceBernstein Holding L.P. (NYSE: AB) today announced that preliminary assets under management decreased to $445 billion during January 2014 from $450 billion at the end of December. Market depreciation was the largest factor in the 1% decline, though firmwide net outflows contributed as well. Flat net flows in Institutions and slightly positive net flows to Private Client during the month were more than offset by Retail net outflows.
