Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 11, 2014, Royal Gold, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its wholly owned subsidiary, RGLD Gold AG, entered into a $75 million gold stream transaction with Rubicon Minerals Corporation (“Rubicon”), that will finance a significant portion of the construction of Rubicon’s Phoenix Gold Project in Ontario, Canada. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
