Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 11, 2014, Kodiak Oil & Gas Corp. issued a press release entitled “Kodiak Oil & Gas Corp. Announces Year-End 2013 Proved Reserves and Provides Quarterly and Annual Sales Volumes.” A copy of the original press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
