Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 10, 2014, Andalay Solar, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing net revenue results and certain other information related to the quarter and year ended December 31, 2013. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto (the “Press Release”).
