Investor Presentation Following Note Offering and Cole Acquisition

 

American Realty Capital Properties, Inc. (the “Company”) prepared an investor presentation containing information relating to the Company following its successful $2.55 billion senior unsecured note offering and close of its acquisition of Cole Real Estate Investments, Inc. (“Cole”).

 

A copy of the presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. Such presentation shall not be deemed “filed” for any purpose, including for the purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the “Exchange Act”), or otherwise subject to the liabilities of that Section. The information in this Item 7.01, including Exhibit 99.1, shall not be deemed incorporated by reference into any filing under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the Exchange Act regardless of any general incorporation language in such filing.

Upcoming Conference Call Relating to the Company Following Note Offering and Cole Acquisition

 

The Company expects to host a conference call on February 10, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss its accomplishments following the completion of its successful $2.55 billion senior unsecured note offering and the close of its acquisition of Cole. Further details relating to such conference call will be provided by the Company in subsequent filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
