On February 3, 2014, Paul Kalivas resigned as Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Secretary of Fabrinet (the “Company”), effective March 31, 2014. In connection with Mr. Kalivas’s resignation, the Company and Mr. Kalivas are negotiating a separation agreement.
