Section 4 - Matters Related to Accountants and Financial Statements

4.01Changes in Registrant’s Certifying Accountants.

 

(b) Following approval by the Board of Directors on January 16, 2014 on January 17, 2014, the Company engaged Terry L. Johnson, CPA, of Casselberry, Florida, as our new registered independent public accountant. Mr. Johnson has been engaged as our auditor for the periods ending December 31, 2013 and December, 31, 2014. During the years ended December, 31, 2012 and December 31, 2011 and prior to January 17, 2014 (the date of the new engagement), we did not consult with Mr. Johnson regarding (i) the application of accounting principles to a specified transaction, (ii) the type of audit opinion that might be rendered on the Company's financial statements by Mr. Johnson, in either case where written or oral advice provided by Mr. Johnson would be an important factor considered by us in reaching a decision as to any accounting, auditing or financial reporting issues or (iii) any other matter that was the subject of a disagreement between us and our former auditor or was a reportable event (as described in Items 304(a)(1)(iv) or Item 304(a)(1)(v) of Regulation S-K, respectively).
