Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 4, 2014, Benchmark Electronics, Inc. issued a press release announcing the results of operations for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2013 and held an earnings conference call at 10:00 am (Central time). A copy of the press release and the presentation slides are attached as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and are hereby incorporated herein by reference.
