This Current Report on Form 8-K is filed by Manhattan Bridge Capital, Inc. (the “Registrant”), in connection with the items set forth below.
Item 8.01: Other Events.
On February 4, 2014, the Registrant issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, announcing that the Board of Directors of the Registrant declared a quarterly dividend of $0.02 per share payable on May 20, 2014, August 20, 2014, November 20, 2014 and February 20, 2015 to shareholders of record on May 15, 2014, August 15, 2014, November 14, 2014 and February 13, 2015, respectively. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
