Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 4, 2014, DARA BioSciences, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release which included certain results of the Company's year ended December 31, 2013, as well as Company highlights and developments. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated into this Item 2.02 by reference.
