Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 3, 2014, in connection with investor meetings planned for later this week, Pinnacle Foods Inc. issued a press release announcing certain anticipated financial results for the fiscal quarter and the fiscal year ended December 29, 2013, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.

Pinnacle Foods will release its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2013 on March 6, 2014 and will host a conference call at 9:30AM (ET) that morning to discuss the results with members of the investment community. As stated in the press release, the conference call will be webcast live from Pinnacle Foods’ website at www.pinnaclefoods.com under the Investor Center section. The conference call may also be accessed by telephone at the phone numbers set forth in the press release.
