Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
Dave Meyers has resigned from the Board of Directors. Mr. Meyers served on the Company’s Board since October 2011 and was a member of the Compensation and Governance and Nominating Committees and was chair of the Audit Committee.
Mr. Meyers has taken a position as Del Monte Foods, Inc’s chief financial officer, which will prohibit him from continuing to serve in his capacity as an Location Based Technologies Board Member.
