Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 30, 2014, Textura Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release reporting its financial results for the first quarter ended December 31, 2013. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
