Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 27, 2014, First Potomac Realty Trust (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s final leasing results for the fourth quarter of 2013. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
