On January 24, 2014, Kevin B. Kramer, Vice President of Stoneridge, Inc. (the “Company”) and President of the Company’s Wiring Division, submitted to the Company his resignation from all capacities with the Company and its subsidiaries, to be effective at the close of business on January 31, 2014.
