On January 27, 2014, Rayonier Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2013. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.

On January 27, 2014, the Company issued a press release announcing that it intends to separate its Performance Fibers business from its Forest Resources and Real Estate businesses.
