On January 27, 2014, McDermott International, Inc. announced that Stewart A. Mitchell, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Middle East and Atlantic, would be leaving McDermott to pursue other business opportunities. Mr. Mitchell’s departure will be effective in the first week of March 2014. Effective immediately: Scott V. Cummins, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Asia Pacific, is assuming Mr. Mitchell’s responsibilities for McDermott’s Middle East and Caspian operating segments; and Tony Duncan, Vice President and General Manager, Subsea, is assuming Mr. Mitchell’s responsibilities for McDermott’s Atlantic segment.
