In a press release dated January 27, 2014 (the “Press Release”), The Chefs’ Warehouse, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it was expecting financial results for fiscal 2013 that were lower than the Company’s previously announced expectations. The full text of the Press Release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD.
On January 27, 2014, the Company issued the Press Release furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 announcing that it anticipated that its financial results for fiscal 2013 would be lower than the Company’s previously announced expectations. The Press Release furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 is incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.
