Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 27, 2014, Chicopee Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), the holding company for Chicopee Savings Bank, issued a press release announcing the Company's financial results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2013. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 27, 2014, the Company announced a cash dividend of $0.07 per share of its common stock to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 10, 2014, payable on or about February 21, 2014. The dividend is discussed in the Company's press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
