(b) On January 24, 2014, Gerri Elliott, Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer of Juniper Networks, Inc., announced her personal decision to retire later in the year. She will work closely with CEO, Shaygan Kheradpir, on a transition from her current role. Following that transition, she will serve in the role of Executive Vice President and Strategic Advisor to the CEO for approximately six months until her retirement.
