On January 21, 2014, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Columbia Property Trust, Inc. approved the form of restricted stock award agreement for the grant of time-vesting restricted stock awards to eligible individuals under the Columbia Property Trust, Inc. 2013 Long-Term Incentive Plan. The form of restricted stock award agreement is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
