On January 21, 2014, News Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain changes at its subsidiary, Dow Jones & Company, Inc. (“Dow Jones”), including the departure of Lex Fenwick, Chief Executive Officer of Dow Jones, and the appointment of William Lewis, News Corp’s Chief Creative Officer, as interim Chief Executive Officer. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
