| (b) | On January 20, 2014, Joseph DePinto, Executive Vice President, Commercial Operations, notified Dendreon Corporation (the “Company”) that he will be leaving the Company effective February 7, 2014. Silvio Pacheco, who currently serves as Vice President, Strategic Customer Group, will assume the role of Interim Head of Commercial Operations. |
