On January 7, 2014, the board of directors of Beacon Enterprise Solutions Group, Inc., appointed Michael Palleschi to the position of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Director.

On January 7, 2014, the Board elected Michael Palleschi to the Company’s Board of Directors.
