Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 16, 2014, WCI Communities, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release, which contained preliminary information about contract value of new orders, new orders, backlog value and units in backlog as of and for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2013, and revenue from homes delivered and deliveries for the year ended December 31, 2013 (the “Press Release”). The full text of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
