On January 14, 2014, Mr. Yoel Yogev, the Registrant's newly-appointed Chief Executive Officer, accepted his appointment to become a member of the Registrant's Board of Directors. The Registrant's Board of Directors is now comprised of Mr. Itschak Shrem, Chairman, Dr. Ben-Zion Weiner, director, Mr. Erez Zino, director, and Mr. Yoel Yogev, director.
