| Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition. | ||
On January 14, 2014, Actavis plc (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that, based on a preliminary review of 2013 results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2013, the Company expects non-GAAP earnings per diluted share for the fourth quarter 2013 to be modestly above the high end of its previous forecast. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
