Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 6, 2014, Texas Rare Earth Resources Corp. (the “Company”) hosted a telephone conference call for its shareholders (the “Shareholder Update Telephone Conference”) updating the shareholders on the Company’s operations. The transcript of the Shareholder Update Telephone Conference is attached to this current report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
