On January 7, 2014, Stage Stores, Inc. issued a News Release announcing that management will make a presentation at the 16th Annual ICR XChange Conference on Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The conference is being held at the Grande Lakes Orlando Resort in Orlando, FL. A copy of the News Release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.
