Press Release Regarding Settlement of Legal Dispute with Macy’s.
On January 2, 2014, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. issued a press release announcing the settlement of the Company’s legal dispute with Macy’s, Inc. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
