The board of directors of the Company has unanimously appointed the Company’s chairman, Bernard Marren, and Company director, Carl Yankowski, as interim co-president and co-CEO, effective immediately. Mr. Seong (Peter) Shin, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer has resigned effective December 31, 2013. The Company has begun the search process for replacement candidates for the position of Chief Operating Officer.
