Item 8.01. Other Events.
On December 30, 2013, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Board of Trustees declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.225 per common share of beneficial interest for the quarter ending December 31, 2013. The dividend will be payable on February 7, 2014 to common shareholders of record on January 24, 2014.
